Targeted towards BBA students pursuing careers in management or economic consulting, the Business Economics specialisation develops a group of talents who will be well versed in business and management practices, and also strongly proficient in economics.
To be a Business Economics major, you are required to take the 3 specialisation modules:
BSE3701 Macroeconomic Principles in the Global Economy
BSE3702 Economics of Strategy
BSE3703 Econometrics for Business I
Plus any 3 other Business Economics Elective Specialisation modules, or modules from the Department of Marketing, Analytics and Operations, or Economics.
