Bizad Charity Run 2023

Bizad Charity Run 2023 returned to a physical format on 11 March 2023, after a two year hiatus. This year, runners embarked on a wildlife-themed journey around the NUS campus, and were treated to a fun-filled carnival and performances  as well.

We successfully rallied the community together for a passionate cause, seeking to raise funds and support the financially needy NUS Business students. Our external beneficiary was the World Wide Fund for Nature (Singapore) (WWF-SG). We collaborated and engaged with WWF-SG to contribute toward their environmental education and conservation efforts. More than 750 participants took part in this year’s run, raising close to $130,000 for all our beneficiaries. 

Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Ms Grace Fu, who is also an alumna of NUS Business School, flagged off the run and engaged with our students, alumni, sponsors and the public.

This year, we partnered with 20 sponsors including BizAlum, Autowealth Singapore, Graduate Advisory Group, Ribena, Tiger Balm and Win2Food. Our sponsors provided us with items such as hydrating refreshments and goodies for our runners. We also collaborated with various local small businesses, inviting them to take part in the carnival segment where they could showcase their products at the event. In return, the sponsors and small businesses were able to gain publicity among our participants
